ScrubServe is designed for ease of use. The system is easily managed using our "ScrubServe Management Software" which is provided free of charge.
Our software can be used to manage your ScrubServe system, set staff requirements, control inventory and generate reports.
Software allows the easy configuration of staff required to access the scrub service (example screen below). Staff can be easily added and terminated from the management software.
The preferred scrub set size for each staff member can be initially set within the software. Staff can override this preferred set size by selecting an alternative at the Dispenser touch-screen.
The last set size taken will be recorded for subsequent issues. The current credit status for each staff member is recorded, indicating the number of scrub sets currently issued. Returning scrubs through the Receiver decreases this credit status back to zero.
Applications without Receiver
For applications where the Receiver unit is not required, it is possible to have a software configuration to limit access to scrubs.
The "Recent Use Inhibit" option in the software will only allow staff to access clean items as defined by management, e.g. only during their shift. This provides an option to control access to scrubs without requiring the Receiver.
Real-time status indication
Not only does our ScrubServe management software provide the important tools to administer the setup of staff, sizes and scrub access control such as credit limit and recent use, it continually displays the real-time status of your system from every management PC location.
The management software always displays the real-time status of your system.
At a glance it is possible to read the exact stock status of each Dispenser and the number of scrubs returned into each Receiver.
Message events can be generated when stock levels fall below a predefined minimum, or when Receiver units start to become full.
