Secure Soiled Scrub Return
Our scrub Receiver units are of a compact format for installation in corridors and within locker rooms. ScrubServe helps to eliminate possible cross-infection by specifically separating clean scrub dispensing from soiled scrub receiving. Our units do not combine clean scrub dispensing along with scrub receiving inside the same cabinet.
Receiver units guarantee the secure return of soiled scrubs by providing a credit to the applicable user for each scrub set returned.
Staff are required to return soiled scrubs in their possession so they can obtain the credit necessary to obtain further clean scrubs.
By ensuring scrubs are only issued to authorised staff, and that they are securely returned after use, your scrub replacement costs and associated laundry costs can be controlled and minimised.
To further minimise inventory abuse, for each scrub set deposited, the Receiver records a digital photo-image against the applicable ID-card number.
Any foreign items found within the Receiver used to obtain false credit can then be traced back to the offending staff ID-card.
Internally, an exchangeable sack collects the soiled scrubs so you do not have to double-handle soiled items.
The ScrubServe Receiver unit uses a "split-chute" facility so credit is provided for returning a complete scrub set of top and bottom pieces.
Uniquely, during the idle situation the Receiver graphically displays the real-time capacity status (see picture shown).
System managers and operators can see at a glance from the touch-screen the number of scrubs returned, and the remaining capacity within each Receiver.
